Get Healthy__ Apparently There’s Such Thing As “Lunar Weight Loss”

Talk of the lunar cycle lately has taken an interesting turn, apparently the moon can help you lose weight (huh?). Known as the "werewolf" or "lunar diet," supposedly the shedding of the 6 lbs. can happen in 24 hours.

The diet has two options: the basic moon or extended moon diet. On the basic moon diet, you’re required to fast with only water and juice on either a full moon or new moon. The extended moon diet requires the same fasting plan, but only during each major phase of the moon. Ummm... We'll just stick with the extra 6 pounds, thanks.
