News__ Buy Toradol Without Prescription

We chat with Capsule/BPMW co-founder Deirdre Maloney about the two day extravaganza.

Holiday shopping can quickly turn from good intent to a pain in the ass. You don't know what to buy, stores are insanely busy and you end up coming home with a bunch of candles that smell like "pine" and books no one will ever read. This year, the good people that bring you Capsule and BPMW, are here to help with their first ever consumer event--a holiday shopping fair called Capsule Market Square.

Co-owner of BPMW/Capsule Deirdre Maloney, says we can expect to find "a little bit of everything, from men's and women's apparel, to accessories, objects and lifestyle products, and a bunch of exciting grab bag giveaways." With a selection of 100 curated labels, Capsule Market Square will be a smorgasbord of amazing gifts, but in case it gets overwhelming we asked Deirdre to help navigate the space a little. We also asked her how she feels about Christmas sweaters and what's the best holiday present she's ever received.

Read our Q+A with Deirdre Maloney about the Capsule Market Square below.

Visit Capsule Market Square Decemeber 14-15th 11am-8pm at 82 Mercer Street.

Who are some new designers, people should keep an eye out for at the market?

We have a few new designers such as Giu Giu (amazing knitwear), Native Youth (men's), and Clermont (objects and accessories by Fort Standard). And we are excited about our Editor's Closet, which includes designer pieces for sale from the personal wardrobes of editors and stylists from some major publications--think Vogue, GQ, Details, Refinery29.  Proceeds benefit the Ali Forney Center, which is a NYC based non-profit that provides shelter and services to homeless LGBTQ youth.

Why would you suggest people buy their gifts at the market as opposed to regular shopping destinations?

It's pretty much a one stop shop for all the people in your life over the age of 18. We've made sure we have a good balance of men's, women's, jewelry, accessories, easy breezy gifty type stuff, limited edition collaborations, high-end collections vs affordable pieces. And the best deals of course!

What are some suggestions for holiday gifts (for both guys and girls) this year?

We have everything from Claw Money G-Pens and Mark McNairy daisy camo Zippo lighters, to Field Notes stocking stuffers, beautiful bags from Want Les Essentials, fragrances by MCMC and Terrapin Prints' much loved stationery are all good unisex gifts.  Women, or people shopping for women, will love the selection from Collina Strada, Organic by John Patrick, Wren and so many more.

What's the best holiday present you've ever received?

It's a tie between cash and a photo album filled with pictures of my nephew who I am obsessed with.

Favorite holiday movie? Of all time?

Bad Santa. But I recently saw Best Man Holiday and it was really funny and touching at the same time.

Cider or hot chocolate?

Hot chocolate, with as many marshmallows as possible, and maybe a shot of Kahlua or Bailey's or Don Julio.

Turkey or ham?

Ham all day erry day.

Gift wrap it or gift bag it?

Wrap whenever possible, although if you have really poor wrapping skills, a gift bag is the way to go.

To Christmas sweater or not to Christmas sweater?

I say go big (and bad and ugly) or go home!
