V Magazine, previewed pieces of their plus-size issue recently and we are, without a doubt, in absolute joy over these images.  Photographed by Sølve Sundsbø, this ground-breaking editorial destroys all the so-called rules of high fashion. Hello! Featuring curvy, ethnically diverse models in clothing that does not conceal their true body shapes? This shoot is breaking down the house rules. Finally.

  4. You mean that vodka, cigarettes and an ice cube isn’t a three-course meal?

I will just say that while I (obviously) support this spread–I think it’s absolutely beautiful, and not that these women are unhealthy, they’re gorgeous–this is not an excuse to be unhealthy. Yes, most so called “regular models” are extremely unhealthy, but either way, appropriate exercise, eating well and all those other positive things you promised to do as a resolution are important. Veggies and yoga! Or whatever you choose.

All women are beautiful but the fact is that not all women are healthy. There is a fine line between the two and it shouldn’t be ignored.

  9. Were all beautiful, small or big, tall or short,LOVE a magazine that can finally make us feel part of the fashion world, the interpretation of the fashion world has become realistic finally, you can dress a skinny model easily, but bigger girls are harder, but it can be done with the right attitude, and the right designers that are willing to make it happen,we can be just as stylie, just give us bigger and better clothes…Go the big, beautiful Ladies…xoxoxoxo
