News__ Drake’s New Music Video

She might be a good girl, but we all know from this video, that you've been a bad boy.

Aside from Drake's new album Nothing Was The Same releasing today, his new single "Hold On, We're Going Home" also came out with a cinematic music video directed by cinematographer Bill Pope--known for his work on movies The Matrix and Spiderman.

Though we we're excited to see the video that matched the song we haven't been able to get out of our heads, it left u a little underwhelmed. Though this is not the first time we've seen A$AP in someone else's video (remember Lana Del Ray's "National Anthem"?), we're not sure we understand his relevance. Confusion didn't stop there, the song itself is done and composed well, yet it's connection to the music video falls short. We find it hard to believe that a kidnap, and what feels like, a never ending machine gun shoot out is connected with the lyrics and the feeling of the song. Nevertheless, we do applaud his attempt at switching up things with a more cinematic approach?

Watch Drake "Hold On, We're Going Home" below and let us know what you think.
