News__ September/October Issue Drops!

September 09, 2009 | By

As fall approaches we begin to switch our party dresses for our eager to be worn fall sweaters. Just in time for the trade off, we unveil our September/October issue. As our writer Mish Way put it, ‘This issue is SHREDDING.’ And that it is!

We’ve got one of the few hardcore female figures Sandy Miranda of Fucked Up as The Cover Story. She chats with us about being a female amongst a band made up of five guys. 88-Keys shows us his studio and tells us stories about growing up and his unexpected past in the music business. Benny Gold talks paper planes and his line. Mary Meyer, one of the biggest and raddest up and coming designers on the block, shows us why she’s a New York triple threat. Plus this month's Paper Dolls, green Biker Chick fashion and making hearty kitchen lights. We’ve also got ruling skate chick Amy Gunther who invites us into her shop, KCDC. And to top it all off, Julian Duron, our featured artist, has designed an original piece of work, which graces this issue’s cover. Eat it up!
