Not yellow bananas, black bananas. Duh. Jennifer Herrema, former front woman of the Royal Trux and RTX, 90s icon of mastering the art of "whatever," has a new musical project called Black Bananas. Black Bananas debut album, Rad Times Xpress IV, premieres on January 31 (Drag City Records), but until the drop date (or when someone leaks a few tracks on their blog), we're just have to get a taste from Herrema'a latest effort to cover the Rolling Stone's hit, "Before They Make Me Run" with rock n' roll golden boy, Kurt Vile.
