Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeldpay homage to the Little Black Jacket

Finally Chanel's  Little Black Jacket is getting the spotlight it deserves in the world of art. (We like to call it LBJ, affectionately.) Karl Lagerfeld is curating an exhibition and publishing a book in collaboration with longtime editor of French Vogue, Carine Roitfeld, celebrating the iconic piece. The duo has created a collection of 120 photographs of different celebrities and well known people from the likes of Yoko Ono to Sarah Jessica Parker all wearing the LBJ. The collection of photos will be compiled into a book and released later this year but until then you can check out the traveling exhibition of the little black jacket in New York until June 15th at 18 Wooster Street. The show moves to Taipei on June 16th with the next location undisclosed as of yet.
