News__ Kate Jenkins’ Crocheted Art

We’ll have the sequined fish, please.

Sure, Icelandic sweaters are cool, but knitting genius Kate Jenkins brings us new ways to enjoy your grandma's favorite pass-time. Jenkins, a textile artist based in Brighton, reinvents the world around her, using her sharp wit and spools of wool. A yarn chef in her own rite, Jenkins crochets her favorite snacks – smoked salmon on a bagel, burgers, and donuts – into 3D knit renderings. Woolen french fries have never looked so appetizing.
