Jeremy Scott Fall 2011 Fashion Show

Last but definitely not least is Jeremy Scott. Known for always having a good time with his collections, fall '11 was no exception. Taking inspiration from the 90s, this collection bore inspiration from everything from Coca Cola cans to god to the Eiffel Tower. Our favorites looks featured sequins, bright colors and fun fur!

Okay so as a self-proclaimed “fashionista” I am ALLS about New York Fashion Week. But, as a native resident of one of the dampest, rainiest climates this side of the Pacific Ocean, the Fall fashion lineup has always been somewhat bittersweet. “OMFG look at those killer suede booties on the Rodarte catwalk!” Yah, try wearing those in 3 inch puddles. “I just MUST have that Dennis Basso fur!” Ha! Good look rocking that more than ten feet before getting a soy- green latte thrown down your back from a hippie in neon birckenstocks. (I know from experience). And I am LIVING for the skin-tight to the ankle Richard Chai dresses but how on earth will I be able to bend down in order to slip my Hunters on and off? These are real world problems people! (Not). I know I’m being a total Debbie D but until “Fall” fashion can better encompass those cities who’s most significant fall fashion trend is a new umbrella, I just can’t get overly enthusiastic. But, that being said, werrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk NY Fashion Week 2011, I can’t stay mad atchu.
