What's white and black and red all over? Nomia's spring/summer 2013 collection

Made famous by Cher Horowitz,"Whatever!" has become a way to dismiss with a little sass. It's a way of saying "I got this and I don't care what you have to think about that." With her spring/summer 2013 collection, Nomia designer Yara Flinn was getting across just that.

The collection, which played heavily on pairing stiff and draping fabrics, had strong Asian influence in both silhouette and added design like a dragon stitched on the front of a dress. But our favorite of the decorative additions was the "Whatever!" splashed across the front of a white top and silk jacket. It was the perfect slice of rebellion in a beautiful classy collection. Whatever, rules, whatever.
