Proenza Schouler releases the PS1 Continental Wallet

Bags can be beautiful, helpful, convenient and come in an array of shapes, sizes and colors. But this editor, tends to avoid carrying one at all costs. What can I say, I often find it a pain to lug things around. And now, Vogue is backing this whole notion up. "And yet that’s not what stylish women are doing this spring. Instead, they’re packing only the basics in the most basic of forms. The wallet has become the new alternative handbag," Vogue says. Hallelujah, I'm now lazy and stylish. (Mind you my "wallet" usually ends up looking more like a stack of cards held together with an elastic band.) "And there’s no better example of this than Proenza Schouler’s PS1 version," Vogue continues in anticipation of the new Proenza Schouler PS1 Continental Wallet.

Today on their website, Proenza Schouler launched their new PS1 Continental Wallet. A good bag (and elastic band) alternative. A companion to their now famous PS1 bag, the leather envelope wallet comes with a snap closure, twelve credit card slots (we need all of those), and is lined with the ps logo jacquard. The PS1 Continental wallet is currently available in: kelly green, smoke, black, saddle, and midnight. Although we're sure future seasons will see more colors.
