Ever wonder how those Olympic swimmers get to be so damn trim? Now we know

Imagine being able to eat almost anything you want and never worry about it? The only thing is that you have to be a highly disciplined Olympic athlete who works out constantly and only craves bananas. Reminding us just how healthy these athletes really are, designer Sarah Parker teamed up with photographer Michael Bodiam and NOWNESS to show the world what they're actually eating--or, what nutritionist Dan Benardot recommends they eat. Each plate includes 15-20 portions of food and has more than 2000 calories.
