News__ Move Over Raggedy Anne

At the age of 6 years-old, while we all were blissfully playing with our mass produced dolls, Russian Canadian artist, Marina Bychkova, already knew she wanted to create her own. A few decades later--after a successful stint of paper dolls sales in the 5th grade and a graduation from Emily Carr--The Enchanted Doll was born. Aware of the obvious inaccurate differences between a doll and a real woman, she became inspired by the movement of the human body and knew that she could replicate this creating dolls she thought were more beautiful to play with. Transforming her dreams into reality, Bychkova now creates finely crafted articulated porcelain dolls that will take you far far away to that place only read about in books.

Below are a few of our absolute favorites.
