Opening Ceremony makes attire perfect for a Mad Hatters tea party Opening Ceremony dives into Resort 2012 for the first time, presenting their inaugural collection in an Alice Wonderland inspired-looking look book. Enlisting photographer Tim Barber to shoot the campaign, Opening Ceremony has us ready to dive down the rabbit hole. Maybe like the caterpillar said, one side will make you grow taller, the other side will make you grow shorter. Or maybe just the short shorts in the collection will may make your legs look longer. Opening Ceremony Resort 2012 also features floral used in a variety of ways, lots of see-through blouses, and a rabbit sweater with pieces of real rabbit on it--we're not sure how Alice would feel about that though. View our favorite looks from the Opening Ceremony Resort 2012 collection along with the infamous real rabbit fur sweater below. Spotted on: Opening Ceremony

Go Ask Alice

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

The hype of Tim Burton's rendition of Alice and Wonderland has come and gone (until they start pushing for the DVD sales), but little Alice will always have a place in our kingdom. We just discovered that H. Stern, in conjunction with Disney, created 10 amazing Alice inspired rings. Each ring comes in two sizes: Extraordinary and Human dimension. Our favorite is the mushroom ring, we'd take a bite even if it would mean we'd grow tall or small. Via: Highsnobette

Tom Binns in Wonderland

Jump down the rabbit hole, but covered and draped in jewelry. In anticipation of Tim Burton's new rendition of Alice in Wonderland, we'll be seeing lots of Alice in Wonderland inspired creations. Jewelery designer Tom Binns is releasing a Disney Couture, Alice in Wonderland inspired collection, dripping in tea cups, hearts, key holes and mushrooms. This jewelry is perfectly suited for a Mad Hatter's tea party, eating mushrooms, standing trial with a Queen of Hearts or getting your head "offed." Image via: Highsnobette
