The WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie autumn/winter 2012 collection is here

The autumn/winter 2012 collection from WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie is all abut duality and adaptability. The new collection which is now here, offers a seamless narrative from past collections--perennial pieces are re-imagined to create a new line of accessories including slippers, bracelets and gloves. Influenced by the design principals of Dieter Rams, the duality shows up through the mixing of materials like leather with suede, organic cotton with waxed cotton and wool with leather. And of course, the key characteristic of the brand the gold and silver zipper, is still around as well. The adaptability comes in the form of custom interior pockets measured to perfectly hold items such as passports, travel wallets, smartphones and laptop computers. Each piece has been carefully thought out to function individually and collectively. See the WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie a/w '12 collection above and more detailed shots of the collection here.
