We didn't have to go very far to find our new The Shop feature
Not far from the hearty offices is the Built by Wendy flagship. The name is exactly what one would expect: a shop built by Wendy, last name Mullin. Established in 1998, Built By Wendy recently underwent a redesign re-haul. And since we walk by the store every morning and night, we noticed. But, we wanted to take you to the new Built By Wendy as well.

We love Wendy Mullin, not only is she the owner of one of our favorite stores and clothing lines, Built by Wendy, but she's also an independent business woman, published author--including two wonderful Sew U books--creative consultant and ex-music video stylist. Plus... Sonic Youth wears her guitar straps! Pretty cool if you ask us.
This Saturday May 30th, you can meet this lovely woman face to face as Sigerson Morisson and Built by Wendy will be hosting an in-store meet and greet with Wendy along with a sale of both collections. Be sure to RSVP and sip a cup or two or six.
