Lifetime and Salazar make fashion scary with their fall/winter ’11 video

We see a lot of fashion lookbook videos these days. But not usually ones that instill fear, sprinkled a titch of humor. Coming across the Lifetime fall/winter ’11 video, directed by motion picture collective Salazar (whom we interviewed in September of ’09), we we’re impressed. The video is beautifully shot and an interesting way to present fashion.  There’s a wolf in it for starters, which at first we had questions about. Was it someone’s pet? Maybe digitally edited in with magic? But turns out the wolf is real and his name is Ice. He even has his own trainer. (Now we realize we saw him in an episode of True Blood.) The video lookbooks we normally see are mostly just pretty.
