There are so many reasons why we love almond butter. It’s high in protein, keeps you full and has lots of healthy fats and it's super easy to make yourself. Seriously. It only has two ingredients, and salt if you like.

Throw your almonds and a pinch of salt into your food processor and turn it on low. Keep processing your almonds until they turn into a smooth and creamy butter; it should take about five minutes. If you want a crunchier almond butter, throw in a few chopped almonds after you’re finished processing and pulse until combined.
How You’ll Eat It:
Every which way. On toast, with apples, or even by the spoonful--but we didn't need to tell you that.
