News__ X-Girl Is Back
Cue Jock Jams
Y’all ready for this? X-Girl is back! Sported by all of the coolest chix back in its 90s hayday, this tomboy brand sees its first revival since it was sold to a Japanese company back in '98. Founded by Sonic Youth’s bassist Kim Gordon and stylist Daisy von Furth, the trademarked fitted cotton tees and mini dresses was first backed by it-girl Chloe Sevigny – and of course, the rest is history. Highlights from the newest collection include denim workman suits, storm-ready raincoats, and standard X-Girl tees branded with metallic foil logos. The accessories are pretty dope, too: leopard umbrellas, bright backpacks, and star-shaped keychains. Oh, and whether you like it or not, get ready to see a bucket hat come back. Shop the looks now on VFILES.
